Standard styles are $49: black and white, grey or colour, with or without furniture. Premium adds textured floors, furniture and soft shadows for $10 more.

One invoice a month per office, one line per property address, due in 14 days. Pay by bank transfer or PayID, so there are no card fees. A card payment link is available on request.

Common questions
What can I send?
A photo of a hand sketch with measurements, an old floor plan or brochure, builder’s plans, or a strata or survey plan. Photos and scans are fine: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP or PDF.
How accurate is it?
We draw from your material and flag anything that’s unclear. Every plan says it’s for illustration only and that measurements and areas are approximate. You check and approve each plan before you use it. Plans are for marketing, not building.
Do you measure on site?
No. We redraw what you send. For a measured plan, you need someone to measure on site.
How fast is it?
Order between 7am and 7pm (Perth time) and it’s back within an hour. Order later and it’s back by 8am. The first plan for a new office can take up to 2 hours while we set up your branding.
What files do I get?
PNG and JPG for the portals and the web, and a PDF for print. A4, in your branding.
Can you match our current plan style?
Yes. Send us one of your current plans and your logo, and we’ll set up your colours, website and usual layout. Brand setup is free.
What if the home has more than one level?
No problem. Extra levels are free. Send what you have for every level.
Do you do site plans?
Yes. A site plan is free with a floor plan, or $35 on its own. Choose which on the order form, and send us the survey, strata, title or builder’s site plan.
Is there a most it can cost?
Yes. Never more than $99 a property, whatever you add. Most plans are $49, or $59 in premium style, however many levels.
Who can use the plan?
Your agency can use it to market the property: on the portals, your website and in print. It carries your branding, not ours. It’s for marketing, not building. Our terms have the details.
How do I pay?
Agencies get one invoice a month per office, one line per property address, due in 14 days. Pay by bank transfer or PayID, with no card fees. A card payment link is available on request. Not an agent, such as a private seller? Pay by card before delivery.
What if something’s wrong?
